The Mile Building trips at Sailing Logic provide an excellent opportunity to gain some good quality offshore miles. If you have completed your RYA Competent Crew Course or need extra miles toward your RYA Yachtmaster then our mile building trips could be perfect for you. You can learn so much about seamanship and life aboard a yacht by participating in our offshore sailing challenges.
Whatever your agenda, you are guaranteed to learn a huge amount about offshore sailing, whilst gaining some valuable knowledge from our experienced skippers. Many of our skippers have raced offshore extensively, achieving a very high standard.
Depending on your experience, there maybe the opportunity to skipper part of the trip, providing vital experience on your journey to becoming a Yachtmaster. Whilst you may not be able to use the passage toward qualification (as the professional skipper has ultimate control) it will be a progressive and safe step toward becoming a better skipper.
Depending on the weather the trip will be split into two legs, with a possible stop in either Devon or Cornwall.
