IRC Nationals

The IRC National Championships are organised by the RORC (Royal Ocean Racing Club) and are held in the Solent. Racing is competitive and high-octane, and with seven inshore races over the three days it's guaranteed to be an action packed event!

Such intense racing sharpens teamwork considerably and improves reaction times and understanding of the intricacies of windward/leeward racing. During the week, we will moor in Cowes to ensure the perfect Sailing Logic balance of socialising and competitive racing!

The IRC Nationals are ideal for people with some previous inshore racing experience, such as the Warsash Spring Series or the highly praised Race Development Course. The package includes a race training day on the Thursday, then racing Friday - Sunday.

After the IRC National Championships, if you are looking for more exciting racing opportunities, consider Cowes Week or the Hamble Winter Series, both of which boast a great atmosphere combined with exciting yacht racing, or our Race To Win course for experienced racers.
