Cowes Week 2010

Cowes Week is one of Europe's largest and most exciting regattas. During the first week of August over 1000 boats, including many of the fastest race machines in the world, descend on Cowes for the week to compete for the many prestigious prizes that are up for grabs. Many of the world's finest sailors compete including Olympic medallists, World Champions and Americas Cup crew.

There are two options available with Sailing Logic for Cowes Week to cater for a wide variety of time commitments. You can either sign up for the full campaign on one of our Reflex 38's or you can race for a couple of days racing as we are entering a yacht for the 1st weekend of racing at Cowes Week. There will be a training day on the Friday.

Our weekend package is the perfect solution for anyone who cannot afford the time off work to do the full week but wants to come and enjoy the thrill and excitement of Cowes Week. There will be a training day on the Friday where the team will develop their teamwork in preparation for following by two days of excellent racing. The excitement of racing in a big fleet of forty boats is awesome and these two days will provide a great taste of the buzz of Cowes Week racing.

We also have some very competetive race yachts available to charter either with a group of for Corporate Sailing events.

Sailing Logic's yachts are meticulously maintained and prepared with top quality racing sails, which is critical in gaining good results. Our shore team is dedicated to ensure the teams are well looked after ashore. The morning briefings and evening de briefs round the package off nicely, giving our Cowes Week campaigns the vital edge.

A great camaraderie always develops between our teams which allows for a superb social experience at Cowes Week. 'Aprés Sail' entertainment includes a team BBQ in addition to the many social events that are infamous at Cowes Week

This is a great chance to enjoy the fun of Cowes Week. You will learn plenty about racing and be based in Cowes, where you can enjoy the social life that is infamous at Cowes Week. There is plenty of tight and close racing to provide you with a taste of the adrenaline and excitement experienced during Round the Cans racing.

If you are new to sailing and want to learn to sail then our RYA Competent Crew Course would be the ideal introduction to sailing before committing to a sailing regatta. You may also want to consider our Introduction to Racing Course.

Yacht Charter

We also have yachts available with professional skipper if you prefer to organise and manage your own team. Prices for the eight day charter start at £6500.00. This includes the skipper.
