Dartmouth Regatta 2010

Dartmouth Regatta has it all. Staged during the Dartmouth Festival the regatta boasts a stunning Red Arrows display, firework displays, air displays and four days of superb inshore racing. Along with Cork Week, Dartmouth Regatta is undoubtedly one of the best regattas there is. An absolute must for anyone who is looking for a relaxed atmosphere with great socialising and fantastic racing.

Our teams return to Dartmouth year after year to enjoy the best sailing regatta on the south coast. In previous regattas one of our teams finished 3rd in class 1 and we are very keen to repeat the success this year.

This year we are entering Puma Logic, one of our Reflex 38's, which will leave Southampton on Monday 23 August and will arrive in Dartmouth on Tuesday 24 August. There will be a training day on Wednesday 25 and racing starts on 26 August. After four days of fun and competitive racing the teams will return to Southampton on Monday 30 August.

Our Dartmouth Regatta package provides a great mix of offshore sailing and inshore racing whilst enjoying the carnival atmosphere that is famous at Dartmouth.

The deliveries from Southampton to Dartmouth and the return trip from Dartmouth to Southampton offer the possibility of some extra mile building if you are considering taking your RYA Coastal Skipper or the RYA Yachmaster courses.

A very popular event after the Dartmouth Regatta is the Garmin Hamble Winter Series, which starts in October.
